The project I'm working on will leave all the ceiling infrastructure apparent, without the use of ceiling tiles (except a few acoustic panels). Therefore all the lighting, plumbing, etc.

I would like to know if Unused Materials, when purchased by the company along with the LEED guidelines, can cause owners to lose certification during the renewal evaluation of the certificate?

remote access

I'd like to know if the BMS collecting the meter data would already meet the requirement of remote access to the data or this data should be avaiable for all ocupants.

Hi, Eliot! 
The project must have at least two habitable buildings, but it would necessarily residential buildings? Would this "habitatable" word be in the sense of residence itself?
