Unisex Toilet

We are working on LEED NC 2009 for a new 9 stories building. There is one unisex toilet at each office level. How I determine the number of people will use those toilets?

We are currently working on a warehouse which has a total of 12,704.13m2, the project consist of a building of storage and operative offices with a total of 12,516.67m2 and a small separate spaces

We are attempting to work on a project in LEEDv4.1, which in Optimize Energy Performance states that ASHRAE 90.1-2016 mandatory provisions must be met.
