We have a current project, which is the 3rd stage of a data center complex. The fist two stages are already finish and started functioning some time ago. The stormwater management and design was done to the complete site area of the complex (taking into consideration all the stages), which manages stormwater runoff into an infiltration basin.

Therefore I have doubts regarding the credit, can we document the stormwater management for the whole site, even though only the 3rd stage of the project is in process of certification and the leed boundary is only a part of the total site of the project?
