LEED Homes Certification in Uruguay

Hi there,

We are attempting to certify a new house into LEED Homes in Uruguay, South America. Actually, there is no a Green Rater in our country, the nearest one is in Brazil. So, my question is if it’s necessary to attempt to achieve this certification with the presence of a rater or exists a different possibility for countries with no Green rater.
