This pilot credit is easily achievable where mandates and infrastructure (by municipality and/or base building in case of CI project) are in place.

Painting HVAC Units on roof

NC-v4 SSc5:Heat island reduction

The client is close to getting the credit and wondered if painting the units on the roof would help.  I think it does from a heat island effect, but not from a LEED Credit point of view.
