Hello, our projects aim to develop a standard green lease to comply with Path 1 of the ACP. We would like to explore the different clauses that exist, but we are particularly interested in learning about the strategies you have proposed for the 'Innovation in Leasing' clause.

Hello everyone, we’re currently pursuing tthis pilot credit for an industrial project. Our draft includes tenant fit-out standards, submetering requirements, annual energy disclosure, and collaboration through a designated sustainability contact.I’d like to hear your recommendations on which clauses or approaches have proven most effective to ensure tenant compliance and ongoing data sharing (especially regarding energy and water use for future improvements).Thank !
