What is a good study guide for the LEED exam?

I'll be taking it this summer as I'm still in school, any suggestions for a study guide? Anything else I should be aware of?

Bicycle storage on public parking shared with other buildings

In the project, we are locating the bicycle storage in a garage that is shared with other buildings. LEED has replied that it is not clear that a sufficient number has been provided.

We are upgrading a building to recertify under LEEDv4.1 EBOM. Do we need to do the IEQ preqeusite calculations still or is that done through the arc dynamic plaque?

For Campus projects that have atypical GHG coefficients due to cogeneration. Heat is a waste product, how are others accounting for this source emissions for the pilot credit.
