We have a main, fire water and irrigation meter. If read weekly and calibrated properly we have what is needed to obtain 2 points in this credit.

EAc1 and EAp2 don't require a PE seal. Is it really required on the SEP submittal for this credit?

Can a project boundary extend into a lake? I have a Department of Natural Resources building located on a lakefront. They have a public boat landing on site.
