I’m working as an energy modeler on a 3‑floor office fit‑out within a 42‑story building in New York City (LEED v4.0).

The project team is pursuing this pilot credit after achieving BPDO EPD and HPD credits.

This pilot credit is easily achievable where mandates and infrastructure (by municipality and/or base building in case of CI project) are in place.

We are pursuing LEED BD+C: Hospitality certification and have a question regarding the Storage and Collection of Recyclables prerequisite.
