campus energy plant

CS-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

Our LEED review of EAp2 seems to indicate that we cannot model the central plant and have to use “purchased chilled water” for both the baseline and proposed.

Our project is a LEED NC-2009 addition to a college which will include geothermal. If the well field once placed is returned to near its original state via indiginous plantings, etc.

The GBCI has decided that net-zero projects must buy additional EAc6 green power if the actual energy use for two-years post-occupancy does not match the GBCI approved results from EAc1/EAc2.

As i checked online submittal template, it seems that we only have to mark the check box, do we have to need to submitt any documentation for the requirements mentioned in this credit.
