Does anyone have any experience submitting for EAc2 as part of a Master Site? Our project is a campus project that will contain three buildings. The first is complete, the second is under construction and the third is future development. We are pursuing LEED-C&S for all three buildings as well as LEED-CI for the interior fit outs. The Master Site has been submitted and many of our Sustainable Sites credits have already been awarded. The Owner has recently signed a contract to install a large PV array on the roof of the first building (which has a warehouse roof section). The PV system is large enough to provide approx. 8% of the estimated consumption for all three buildings. Appendix A of the AGMBC shows that the credit is eligible for both Campus (C) or Group (G) projects.
We are contemplating re-submitting the master Site to include the PV system (and add the EAc2 credit/points) and then include a pro-rated portion of the array production (based on SF) in the EAp1 forms for each of the three individual projects. Does that sound like a viable approach?
Thanks,
Ben

For EAc2 it is just a matter of allocating the renewable energy to individual projects on the same campus. This is the same approach used for individual projects, group or campus projects.
The only thing I am not sure of is whether you get charged for an additional review of your master site submission. Not sure how that works.

Thanks Marcus. That makes sense. Rather than submit an appeal in the Master Site, we'll likely take the approach of simply submitting the credit on each C&S application with the production allocated to each project based on its relative energy consumption. Your input is appreciated.
