Hi, I just read requirement of EAc1 on USGBC web page, is it true that all LEED New Construction projects registered after 8 April 2016 have to reach 18% - 4 points at minimum.

I am not clear on how this threshold is applied. Is this a cap, meaning, if steel/ concrete is over the 75% then any amount over won't count towards MRc3?

Hi, We already have a Smoke & Vape-Free Environment Policy in place since last year which prohibits smoking in and on the grounds, way beyond the 25ft requirement for LEED.
