Can we claim the credit for Make-up air unit? or do we need to model it in Baseline same as proposed? How to show this system in Section 1.4?

We submitted for review and comments came back on our electronics portion of this credit for HP Elitebook 8450p and 2740p machines that do have energy star label.

Hi all, We intend to apply for a LEED EBOM cert for a multi-tenant building built in the 1910s. The building was renovated and earned its Energy Star Score back in 2004.
