Re. Thermal Comfort for Heated only spaces

Hello, we have a project where the spaces are naturally ventilated and heated by radiators.may i know whether i should comply under Optional method for naturally conditioned spaces. Section 5.3 of 55 -2004 says : The space may be provided with a heating system, but this optional method does not apply when the heating system is in operation. Does this mean do i have to show compliance for summer months only or do i need to apply a different comfort settings comply under mechanical conditioned category during the heating period.

You would need to show the naturally conditioned method in the cooling season and the conventional method in the heating season.
