Option 3 Strategy '4'

For this strategy - if the take back / recycling system costs money (i.e. carpet recycling) does it still count as a strategy? 'Include in at least one major component or systems purchase contract a clause specifying sub-contractor, vendor, or on site take back system. '

So you have to pay the carpet company to take the product back? Honestly I don't know if that's standard or not. If it is, then it seems fine. But if there is a major burden to the building to participate in the program, that doesn't seem legit.
