Showers mixed office/retail building

I received a comment back from the GBCI saying that the compliance with regards to bike racks and showers must be demonstrated, independently, by each type of space.

I have a project that is not pursuing EQcr4.3, but is pursuing EQcr4.1 and EQcr4.2. There is a floor coating they would like to use that is compliant with CA Health Dept 1350 requirements.

Re-Use of process heat

When residual process heat is used to heat the building, which is more efficient than discarding it, can this be rewarded in EAP2/c1?

I have wall assemblies with no cavity insulation but 3-4 inches rigid insulation outboard of structural sheathing. The wall is finished by a composite metal panel.

Louvers for Fresh Air intake

Hi, For one of the LEED CI project, the developer has provided louvers with motorized dampers in the AHU for fresh air intake. Can the louvers qualify for fresh air intake?
