Late Start

We are in the final stages of completing construction documents for a new construction hotel. The owner recently expressed an interest in having the hotel LEED certified. Are there any options to begin the LEED certification process at this point in the project? Thanks.

Annie, it's preferable to start earlier, but it's not too late. The first thing you should do is review the LEED prerequisites that you would be applying for to make sure that you'll meet the requirements, and so that you can start to make any changes you might need to do so.
