Hi all, For our project, we have 3 shifts of 8 hours each. For the first shift, there are 600 occupants, and for the 2 other shifts, there are 300 occupants.

I'm having trouble interpreting Table 7.8 in 90.1-2007. The way the performance requirements are listed is confusing, especially for gas water heaters, but I'll get to that in a bit.

Beach Cleanup of Trash - credit?

All - our client goes out to the beach monthly and does a cleanup. It's mostly trash, including some not so nice items that you don't want to touch without gloves.

Our project is implementing an IPM plan for the building but the vendor will not be identified until after construction is complete. We are preparing to submit for Design review.

We are working on NC Office Building Project. The building has 6 lab sinks, 3 kitchenette sinks and 9 showers (for guests, will be used maybe ones a week). Should we include to the calculation? Ho

Dear all, I am modelling a warehouse that, in future, will have two tenants. It is expected to have two offices and one conference room, however there is still no hvac defined for these areas.

In determining fixture groups, we have staff restrooms and public toilets; but, we also have one family restroom for visitors to the building.

We are going to be installing Vinyl fabric faced tackboards at our current school project, NC v.2009, and are having trouble finding a compliant Low VOC adhesive.
