Eliot Allen LEED AP-ND, Principal Criterion Planners LEEDuser Expert 303 thumbs up March 5, 2024- 6:42 pm Lidia, you're correct there's no LEEDuser forum for Communities despite its official status. I'm unaware of non-contiguous land provisions in Communities, but it may not be a good idea to look toward ND because the two systems were developed very differently. ND doesn't allow non-contiguous land, except for intervening street rights-of-way. For Communities, you may want to check with USGBC staff.
