Dear all,
We are attempting this pilot credit but we are a little bit confused about the unregulated electricity input.
It's asked to input the unregulated electricity in the LEED Hourly Cambium, Demand Adjusted Energy Metrics Calculator for the baseline building. My question is, do we have to deduct the unregulated electricity from the baseline hourly electricity use in the calculator (otherwise, it's likely to be double-counting)? And for the proposed building, we will include the unregulated electricity in the hourly electricity use. Is that right? If so, the proposed building will have a disadvantage against the baseline building. I'd be grateful if anyone can clarify the reasoning behind this. Thanks in advance.

My interpretation is that you dont have to deduct it.
The spreadsheet does it after, and this is part of the feedback that this credit gives to the Project, about the oportunities of reducing demmand.

Hello Zeynep!
Did you submit the project for review and received any feedback on this pilot credit?
