CO2 monitors in Waiting Rooms and Nurse Stations

Susan, I'm working on a HC interiors project (CI-2009) with waiting rooms and nurse stations that have density of 25 people/1000sf, however they do not have 4 walls enclosing the spaces.

LEED v4 has a table (table 4) on page 58 that stipulates specific numbers of gallons of water allowable to either sterilize or wash in instrument tray.

We have a project that is one large structure comprised of a rail station that acts as a platform on top of which two towers sit.

Existing Building Renovation and Site Work

We have an existing two-story community recreation center with an adjacent parking lot. Most(about 75%) of the building interior will be renovated, with some new windows added to the perimeter.
