We have a project that is planning to use energy recovery from a nearby data center. The rest of the heat and cooling are provided by a district plant.

Fume hood exhaust fan process load?

I think fume hood exhaust are unregulated in 90.1 2007 thus should be process load. But just want to confirm. I do see EPAct 2005 says fume hood should not be treated as process load...
