Must non-potable water sources be used to earn IP credit?

It appears that this credit can not be earned if a project does not meet some water demand through nonpotable sources.

When you claim a lighting allowance for Decorative appearance you get 1 watt/sf.

To comply with the prerequisite is it essential to engage a Professional Engineer if the project is located outside the U.S. and consequently ineligible for Energy Star certification?

So...if we participate in this pilot credit (option 1) AND we already comply with LEED-NC 2009 WEc2, is it safe to assume that we will be awarded 2 points under the LEED-NC 2009 WEc2 AND 1 ID point

Hi Everyone I intent to take the Green GA exam this October. Was initially planning to take the 2009 format exam but due to personal reasons couldn't take it before June 15.
