I have just come across the Water Use Reduction Calculator tool in the credit tools for WEp1. Do most people use this to demonstrate compliance?

Hi, We are working on a tablet manufacturing facility which is fully air conditioned (Only cooling, no heating requirement).

This is the first time I am dealing with this credit. I am confused with what the base mode (using option D) entails.

My question is in regards to the 50% requirement of residents and the # of weekday trips.

I am hoping someone can confirm for me whether planned bus stops which are not yet official/ in place but are guaranteed, may be included for credit achievement?

Has anyone been successful using the alternative compliance path and submitting their own ASHRAE 62.1 calculation/spreadsheets in lieu of using the built in LEED or 62MZCalc form? We would rather
