AS part of the commercial interiors we are only specifying indoor HVAC plant items. The larger outdoor chillers, AHU's etc are landlord items and fall under the LEED C&S scheme. Therefore do we still need to refer to the Core Performance Guide ?

If you are not installing the equipment referenced then that option would not apply to your project.
