I am actually looking for an older version of this guide which can no longer be purchased (version 1.02). I am wondering if anyone can share this with me or even certain sections of this guide.

The version is not specified for LEED as far as I can tell. I think that any version would therefore be acceptable because there were not big changes from version to version. There are errata available for free on the NBI website.
