CS-2009 WEp1: Water Use Reduction
We´re working in a CS building without plumbing fixtures. How we can document the WEp1?. We need to make the Tenant Lease agreement?, How we can earn points in WEc3?. We need to specify the future water fixtures in the form?.

Hi Maria and Annalise,
WEp1 and WEc3 are both "Case A" credits in the CS Appendix 4 of the Reference Guide, meaning that any performance based on anticipated tenant work outside the scope of the C&S project would need to be included in an agreement with the tenants. I've seen this requirement stipulated as either an overall percent reduction or as prescribed flow rates for each fixture.
