Resort Hotel and Condo

NC-2009 MPR2:Must be a complete, permanent building or space

I am working on a 7 story resort hotel and condo under LEED 2009 NC. We just received word that the 9 Condos on floors 6 and 7 will be finished at a future date.

Dear forum, We have a project where the proposed design includes a green roof, but there is no insulation. The roof has a metal deck below the green structure.

Winter resort

Our project is located in a winter ski resort village with heavy snowfall. The likelihood of someone biking here in the winter is slim.

EBOM Campus and Performance Periods

How is the performance period determined when submitting EBOM campus credits under master site? Individual buildings will not be submitted for 8 more months but the campus credits are ready now.

We manufacture Architectural wood doors made with wood composites which are CARB NAF and wood composites which are not included in the CARB requirements, i.e., structural composite lumber.

I am working on renovating a NYC historical building. per NYC Energy Conservation Code 101.4.2, this project is exempted from meeting the wattage allowance.
