Hello all, In LEED - CS office projects, since the tenant fitout is unknown, LPD is modeled 12 W/m2 according ASHRAE. However, in the country we are working, national standart for LPD is 20 W/m2.

If you have several new buildings (under LEED NC) being constructed that are intended to share one large parking lot, can you allocate a % or specific number of spaces in that lot to each building?

Hotel project has public parking space

Hotel project has total 287 parking spaces (35 for Hotel, 252 for Public). and maximum local parking space limit is 85 for Hotel. There is no any requirements for Public parking.
