Multiple Buildings Sharing One Parking Lot

If you have several new buildings (under LEED NC) being constructed that are intended to share one large parking lot, can you allocate a % or specific number of spaces in that lot to each building? Thanks.

Yes, you are allowed to share parking lots between buildings. If you're splitting your parking lot up by building, you'll need to make sure your preferred parking spaces (if you are pursuing SSc4.3 and SSc4.4) are also specifically designated for their respective buildings. The alternative is to use the master site approach and provide enough preferred parking for all of the buildings served by the parking lot, spaced out appropriately for each building.
