I would like to clarify the eligibility of a site for the "Previously Developed Land" option in LEED certification.

Asking for insight on the eutrophication impacts of wood when documenting WBLCA for LEED. Often times wood products show a DECREASE in global warming potential but an INCREASE in eutrophication.

Can you include mechanical equipment in the BPDO credits?

We are working on a high-rise multi-family residential building. In reading the LEED v4.1 requirements, references for residential spaces have been removed.

Previous versions of LEED stipulated the Material and Resource Credits only applied to Divisions 2-10 products. 

Hi All:  We are in the design phase for a 5,700 SF project in NH. The team is taking care to drive down embodied carbon where possible. It will be NZE.

Any guidance on how to achieve this credit in a multifamiliar building?
