Swimming pool Amenity facility

NC-2009 IEQc3.2:Construction IAQ Management Plan—Before Occupancy

There's a swimming pool located in the lobby area as part of the amenity facilities for a multi-residential building. Is this a required area for IAQ c3.2 [flushout or air test] ?

Hello again! We are finalizing our model for a v3 Core and Shell Building Renovation. Our model is telling us that our process loads are under the requisite 25%, 23.66% to be exact.

The answer to this one might be obvious, but I just can’t see it: EAc4 form says to “Provide numbers that correspond with the information provided in EAp2 and EAc1.3”.

Our building and site is complete except for the grass. It was hydro-seeded last week but the grass that has taken is less than 75%.
