To qualify for the 2 credit point here, we would only need to prove that there has been no parking provided or subsidized parking provided to our client (tenant)?

For a NC manufacturing project we have been aproached by a company who would mount pv-modules on the building roof and sell them to building owner at no cost premium.

We're working on the adaptive reuse for a five-story 100-year old building (former warehouse/office building being renovated into a boutique hotel) that has been vacant about 15 years.
