G3.1.3.11 states: “The heat rejection device shall be an axial fan cooling tower with two-speed fans, and shall meet the performance requirements of Table 6.8.1G.”

Cullet as recycled material in glass

I have worked on LEED v2.1 projects before where recycled content of glass was rejected due to the cullet present in recycled glass not being allowed to be counted as "pre-consumer" recycled.

Documenting ID credits

Since all the ID credits are under one form in LEED Online, do you have to wait until construction to submit everything? Or can you submit it partially under design and the rest in construction?
