I have a situation where my company has been contracted to design and submit for LEED both the C&S for the building developer, and the CI for the tenant.

If Material Reuse is valued at 200%, the cap of a product not being able to be valued at more than 100% of its total sustainability attributes must now be gone in v4.1?
