Materials may meet certain criteria and along with other materials will aid in meet the requirements of LEED credits. An individual material will not achieve a LEED credit. The requirements for LEED credits being attempted on your project should be reviewed and information related to the criteria should be requested during the submittal process. The information would then need to be placed in the BPDO and/or Low-Emitting Materials calculators for the possibility of credit achievement to be determined.
