The certificate dated 2011 may get questioned. I had a 2012 certificate for compliance with CPA ECC 4-11 Standard for Eco-Certified Composites and California (CARB) Airborne Toxic Control Measure 93120 questioned. Fortunately the application for the certificate is updated each year as opposed to chaining the date on the certificate so I provided the application with the yearly updates.
