What does it mean for the Green power and carbon offset requirement to Engage in a contract for qualified resources..., for a minimum of five years, to be delivered at least annually ?

How would one calculate the energy used if there are not any guest to calculate for? Covid-19 will change many of the models we use and highlights the need to look at plug load as a real cost.

Has anybody ever looked into trying to get landscaping plantings (grass, trees, schrubs) to be accepted as a compliant bio-based material?
