I'm looking at the certificate provided by SCS Global that states that the product is "Level 3" and "conforms to ANSI/BIFMA e3-2014e". Unfortunately the certification does not say if 3 points were awarded under 7.5.1.3 Advanced Level in e3-2014.
Stupid question, but does the "Level 3" on the certificate mean that it was awarded 3 points?

I am in the exact same situation, but do not have a clear answer. I suspect the answer is no, however.

You have to ask the manufacturer for documentation of this. It is not a public piece of the scorecard, as you have noticed. A high "level" rating of 3 means the likelihood is better, but it's not a guarantee.
