We used a quarry as an end user where we hauled land clearing debris and dirt/rubble. It has been reclaimed and used as quarry fill. Can this be considered diverted waste?

1. Question for SSc6 Table 3 : What is meaning "All other luminaires" in Allowed glare rating chapter? Does it mean all luminaires in site oriened properly or not should meet this "G" criteria?

I am looking to confirm what the Regional Priority credits are for LEED v4. However, I am unable to find any confirmation of the LEED v4 regional priority credits on the USGBC website.

I have attempted this credit on a second project as well as receiving review comments on the first project.  

Our proposed project is to add about 30,000 square feet to an existing 55,000 square foot University science building.  The existing building is LEED Gold under NC-2009.  We hope to
