Daylight Anaylsis Spreadsheet

I've read up on this topic previously but am still quite confused. When running the daylight analysis for a large elementary school, 9 AM ran at 90% and 3 PM ran at 77%.

Modular construction

Our projects entire building will be built as modular construction and assembled off-site in Brooklyn and when completed will be transferred to Manhattan. How does this work for the credit?

We have a unique project type (zoo) and are using the "other public assembly" use where you calculate parking spaces by "0.25/person in permitted capacity where not seated".  My question

we have a core and shell project that is currently under construction and has several tenant spaces. A few of these spaces already has signed tenants.

Partial renovation of a hospital

We are doing a partial renovation of an existing hospital comprised of 4 renovated floors. There will be new systems for these spcaes, but no work on the exterior or site around the building.
