Hi.

we willa s minimum share 1 year of monthly energy consumptions with USGBC, but when should this periode start? People are moving into the building, but it is not fully occupied and we are having some issues getting all the installations to work properly. So should the 1-year start from when our CxA have ensured that the installations works as they should? Or when should this period start?

You should start sending usage sata as soon as you start getting utility bills. You are required to send this data for the first 5 years of operation.
