Long shot question for those of you working on GSA projects - has anyone had success submitting the GSA Custodial Specs for LEED's Green Cleaning and other O+M related policies? 

Does anyone know how to achieve the Exemplary Performance point for this credit?

I am working on a hotel project where we  have a large hotel lobby which consists of the following sub-spaces:

- Single height seating area on ground level

The Pilot Credit requires “commercial clothes washers” to comply with CEE Tier 3A.
