We have a project that is retaining most of the interior walls, but the walls are to receive new wall covering materials. The credit language, mentions "finished" walls, but does not mention wall...

The project we are working on is looking to take advantage of MRc1.2 Building Reuse. However, this credit seems to only cover the basic non-structural elements - walls, floors, ceiling etc....
