We also have LEEDuser forums for all the v4 rating systems, and you'll probably find it more helpful to post there to get feedback from others working in v4 right now. For the v4 Enhanced IAQ strategies credit, you need to pursue one strategy on that list to meet option 2. Strategies 2-4 align with this v2009 credit, so projects that went through v2009 certification and achieved IEQc1.2 should be set to achieve the v4 credit...
