Hi, I'd appreciate any tips or suggestions there may be from previous projects about how to score a few extra percentage points. We're currently on 85.5%, so close and yet it seems so far.

Off site stormwater handling

Can we obtain this credit for a site that already has natural drainage systems surrounding it, i.e. outside the site boundary? The water that falls on the site is taken care of in a natural way.

No parking and no hardlandscaping

My project does not have parking and more than 50% of the landscaping will be planted. Can I validate this credit that we limit the creation of hardlandscaping? Thanks a lot
