Hello,
we would like to know if it is possible to certifying only the Club House in a residential condominium (new construction). The condominium is closed to outsiders and the club house is for insiders' exclusive use. The club house is an isolated building and its occupation won't be regular as it depends on parties, events, etc. Besides, how to define the club house building area to the condominium area? Shall we take into account the area of the individual lots (for each house), the streets and the parks?
Thank you in advance!
Regards.

Mauricio, I'm not getting what your question is. Are you saying you want to certify the clubhouse, the condo, or both? If both, individually or together? This sounds like an MPR2 or MPR3 question.

Tristan,
only the clubhouse would be certified. We are concearned about the FTE occupation and the ratio between the clubhouse area and the condominium area. If we take into account the whole condominium area, then the clubhouse area is much less than 2%. And there will be no continuous usage of the building, as it is for events, parties, meetings, etc.
Thank you.

Mauricio, I am still not sure about your question. What MPR are you concerned about, and why? What is the square footage of the club house?
