What is the condition of door assumed to calculate above. Thanks!

Our Office building is ventilated with only 100% Outside Air Systems and thus there is no recirculation.

Table IEQc5-1 of the LEEDOnline form is asking for "isolated exhaust system areas...

Hello,

One of the LEED requirements of this credit is:
"[For rooms with chemicals / hazardous gases], the exhaust rate must be at least 0.50 CFM per sq. ft. with no air recirculation...

The building will provide entrance mats for all major entrances. The building have retail units at the ground floor. Do each of those units have to have mats as well?
