In my baseline model, can I show shared walls as exposed to exterior and then in my proposed model treat that wall as a partition?

We have a 6 storey addition to an existing 4-storeyed building. The mechanical systems for the addition are separate from the existing systems.

We have a project where we can only use Flash Valves for WC instead of Reservoir.

We are installing a meter onto the geothermal well water makeup water (due to evaporation/leakage) – will this count as the additional meter, under process water?

If the building owner purchased the building with the remediation done as part of the purchase agreement by the prior owner can they still receive this credit?
