Hello.

I'm working on a project in Italy and evaluating to buy a new BIM software.

Is there anyone who knows if it's possible to analyze our building with a proper BIM SW?

I heard about Energy Modelling with Autodesk Revit Insight or Archicad Ecodesigner STAR. Is it true?

They say are compliant but I would like to know if someone has used them before buying.

I am not familiar with either software. We have reviewed thousands of LEED energy models and have never seen either one submitted for a LEED project. Compliance is dictated by 90.1-2010 Appendix G Section G2.2.
